Didn’t really like the matching with the countertop in my daughter’s bathroom once I installed it. Nothing’s wrong with it but I’m outside of the return period. Is there anyway I can get help with?Amazing how this faucet works automatically knowing the temp and adjusting the color on its own! The color is very subtle which gives it more of a spa feel - not cheap or childish. You will love it.Just buy it. Good stuff.Loved the idea of the lighted water out of the spout,, but you can't see it unless it is dark in the bathroom LOLVery hard to install. The LED lights stopped working after only 2 weeks.Love the way in looks....gorgeous...Just really hard to install..wrong size hosesWe loved the look of these faucets and bought two of them for our bathroom remodel. They work perfectly now, but I had to make a modification to get them installed. The problem was with the short little flexible lines that are supposed to go from the valves to the spigot. They are 6 inches long, too long to go straight in and not long enough to loop around. I tried looping them and they are so short they kinked. I went to Lowe's and got longer hoses, but the ends are different and wouldn't seal. I ended up using compression fittings and copper lines which took a couple of hours effort on each sink. Longer hoses in the kit would make this a 5-star review.I bought 2 of this product, because I am still remodeling my house, 5 times the guy fixed it and still leaking. I requested to return both.Got this installed by spending $150. The tiny side arch supporting the crystal handle came out in just a few days. It wasn't broken, just came out, but there is no way to fix it. The company issued a full refund, but nevertheless, am stuck with mixer that looks broken as I do not want to remove and reinstall another one, because I will have to spend another $150 for the plumber. Please refrain from buying.These faucets look great when you first install them, which is not easy, instructions are garbage not that you really need them. It is simple process with difficult parts. The hoses provided are way to short to be able to create a loop and too long to go direct fitting to fitting. They kink and become useless. They also stain real easy if you live in a hard water city/town. Scale build up happens fast so you need to clean them like every other day. No scratch scrub pads work pretty good. If they are turned on just slightly the water will leak fall onto the edge of your sink just below the spout which makes a mess every time. The +'s are they do look good and the water pressure is unrestricted which is great.My parents were very happy with the productPerfect little waterfall faucet. I love it. The water pressure is awesome!There are missing hoses in this box. Very upsetting.
